“We got in very late and we got checked in. The place was very old & dirty. There were dead bugs laying around. The bedspread had cigarette holes in them. We looked for bed bugs but thankfully didn't find any. It smelled like marajuana had been smoked in there or under us and the dead bolt on the door was cut out so it didn't lock. We were desperate so we stayed but if we had of had another place close we would have definitely left. I'm sure it wouldn't meet sanitation codes if checked. We……

“Hotel was exceptionally comfortable. Bed was great, air conditioning functioned flawlessly for the two days I was there and each day experienced mid 90° temperature. The outdoor pool was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was also exceptional. Hot fare included scrambled eggs, sausage patties one day and links the next. Waffles and toast were also available. For the price, it was hard to beat.”

“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property’s condition was unacceptable. After checking in, I immediately found the room was not acceptable and left within minutes. The hotel acknowledged the issue and told me they would refund the full charge. They even issued a credit to my credit card, but then reversed it without explanation. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly, I was unable to get the promised refund. I ultimately had to dispute the charge……

“The only issue I had was a loud group of people outside, but that was our of the hotels control. A nice stay.”

“Super cute house! Everything was almost perfect. When we got to the house it was about 1030pm - the door with the key pad to get into the house, the screen door was locked…..I sent a message to let the host know that we were there but unable to get in. I never received a response back. I only received the automated check in and out messages - I didn’t have a phone number for the host - my husband was able to somehow get the door opened so we could get to the keypad to unlock the door - other……

“This home needs a really good deep cleaning. The wash machine soap dispenser was plugged and we had to clean it before we could use it. I can understand that ladybugs and stink bugs are going to happen, but the first night i had to vacuum around 40-50 ladybugs and about a dozen stink bugs. Then every day i would vacuum around 15-20 bugs. The yard was in need of a mowing BEFORE we checked in. Let alone the downed tree that’s almost blocking the driveway. On top of all of that the back door area……
