"We decided to add another night on our trip so we booked this room pretty last minute. It could not have been nicer! We were exhausted from a very long weekend and the king- sized bed and happy welcome were amazing. Next time we're in the area, we are definitely booking a longer stay so we can enjoy the fire pit and hot tub!"

"Nice location. Friendly staff and good hot breakfast. We dined at the adjacent restaurant an a few times and it was very good. We also enjoyed a couple of evenings just having a picnic lunch on the hotel front porch. The two queen mattresses were each a bit springy. My husband and I thought it was a good value for the price and would stay here again."

"Loud guests. 3 kids up til 3 am. Few people in the hotel. Please be considerate and don’t put people next to others, especially if they have children."

"Just average. Beds weren't very comfortable and the breakfast is hardees next door basically cause it doesnt exist. Rooms seem very outdated as well."

"Our room had a wine refrigerator and it was not cold enough for our food and didn’t have a freezer. The staff brought us another one , then we had both in our room. The breakfast we were expecting was not at all a full breakfast, so we went out to buy food and couldn’t keep it frozen. They said the full breakfast would return during the summer. Staff was very nice and accommodating though. And parking is always good."

"We had a nice stay at Black Bear Cabin. Short distance to tourist attractions. Hot tub was enjoyed and the beds were comfortable. Some things that might help improve the stay for others would be: dish towels for easier kitchen clean up, ability to plug in deck lighting, hooks or shelving in rooms for towels and clothes, end tables in the queen bed rooms, and fresh batteries for basement remote. The kitchen had all the tools we needed for cooking. Great place for meditating and quality time. "
