“We had a nice stay at Black Bear Cabin. Short distance to tourist attractions. Hot tub was enjoyed and the beds were comfortable. Some things that might help improve the stay for others would be: dish towels for easier kitchen clean up, ability to plug in deck lighting, hooks or shelving in rooms for towels and clothes, end tables in the queen bed rooms, and fresh batteries for basement remote. The kitchen had all the tools we needed for cooking. Great place for meditating and quality time. ”

“Beautiful property with a stunning view. It was a great weekend escape and I absolutely love that it was a dog friendly stay. The owner is incredibly responsive. We did have an issue getting stuck / sliding down the driveway due to ice and snow. Luke replied right away and had someone come plow and bring salt. “This was a wonderful house in a serene area. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was very adequate and nice outdoor space.The hot tub seemed to be not very clean, but we did enjoy it.”

“The house was clean and fit the needs of our large group (6 adults and 4 kids). The hot tub didn’t work the 2nd day and the host responded with some trouble shooting ideas but still didn’t work. We also had some issues with the fridge in the kitchen not being cold enough but there was a second one so that was helpful. Outdoor fire pit and grill was a bonus for dinner and hanging out at night. Minor inconveniences along the way but overall was fine for our purposes.”
