The room was generally clean except the floor was dirty. The nice part is it is a hard floor versus carpet. The bed was comfy and clean as were the bathroom and towels. TV and HVAC worked great. The cleanliness was poorly maintained. there were visible signs of neglect, and I encountered cockroaches in the room. The atmosphere outside the hotel was unsettling, with groups of people loitering near the entrance all hours of the night which made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, my room wasn’t being cleaned until after I checked in, that was around 7pm. I ask for a refund but was denied.
