This hotel definitely needs to be updated. The door to our room did not close all the way it definitely needed a new door . The shower drain didn't drain at all ; so when i took a shower i was standing in a tub full of water. One of the beds was wet and smelled like mildew. The staff was not to friendly and the hospitality just wasn't there.The hotel store shop was closed for no reason. I was definitely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again nor will i EVER recommend this hotel to anyone! It was so bad that i had to check out this hotel at 2 in the morning due to the way our room was. Nor did the night staff member ask us how was our stay etc and she had a attitude as if she didn't want to do her job. I would like a full refund. This was beyond the worst hotels i ever stayed at. This is unacceptable!
