"Everything was great. They left a kind note, they brought stuff I ordered dorectly to my room, there was friendly staff, a wide variety of dishes. Every songle staff I spoke to was kind, not just the manager. I LOVED that they created the option to add Netflix accounts to the TV. My one and only quam is when I went to take a shower there was some hair across the shower floor and it was enough to be more than just a few hairs. They were all short hair too and I habe very long hair so it wasnt mine. That grossed me out and when I tried to drain it the shower floor didnt seem to be slanted so the water pooled for a sec before draining and the hair just stayed on the floor…. Other than that, wonderful stay. "

"I didn't want to leave but they put me out. Neat time I'm booking for two days instead of one night. I hated that the pancake station was out of service but loved that you offered sugar free syrup and other jam options like. They were booked solid. There was no room at the inn. Complaint the shower head wasn't pulsating or variable just gentle and there was a chip in the drawers. Clean room. I could park near the entrance. Great experience. Ate at Buddy's Detroit Pizzas and had brunch at First Watch all walkable but across the road four lanes highway. So we drove. Both places were very busy restaurants. Loved the coffee machine that grinds and serves you as good as a barista. And the fruits and bake goods go fast in the lobby."

"I was very pleased. My room was spotless, the bed and pillows very comfortable. The folks at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Check-in was easy and quick. The breakfast was outstanding and the coffee machines were great. They do take a little longer because they fresh grind the beans for each cup! A special thanks to Elham for keeping the breakfast buffet running smoothly. She was super helpful. I will stay at this hotel again next year."
