“Didn't need to use the fire place. This property is all about a million dollar view on a budget! Sunsets were amazing! Private beach on Lake Michigan was clean, no rocky terrain. Swimming was perfect, even at the end of September. Sand was sun heated. You can hear the host family's conversation through the walls, so they probably heard us too. For the price we can overlook that. Toaster, griddle, fridge and coffee, but no real kitchen. Bath is very nice. We plan to be back!”

“This property is a dream, there are no words, it has everything. I only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because there were used coffee grounds left in the coffee maker when we arrived but no big deal. We moved the grill around to the patio outside the bedroom. Bugs outdoors were not a problem but I rented the 1st week in September with milder temps. This guest house is part of a larger property that is its own separate listing, but if someone rents the main property they can use the guest house too and you'd never know because VRBO will say it's still available.
