One thing that could be improved is communication because we were travelling late at night and had a very late check in but hotels.com didn’t send us check in instructions how to get into the property I had a hard time finding the check in message until I actually went into the app to message the property and that’s when I found it. It should have been emailed to me with the booking confirmation and that would’ve avoided a few moments of panic at midnight. I did try to call at around 7pm but the phone line doesn’t work."
