"Everything was great. It's just a motel and older. BUT, absolutely great customer service. Rooms are super clean and they actually get cleaned daily. Plus the common area where the coffee is at has a cool fireplace. This motel definitely serves it's purpose."

"We arrive late in the evening all of us were very tired when we got there, but as soon as we stepped into the house, we were so excited on how impressed of the place was that we had explore every room and check out all the features.It worked out very well for us as we had events and family and relatives in Farmersville and surrounding areas.normally, my husband and I stay with relatives, but as two of our adult kids were coming, we didn’t want to impose for people on them. We will definitely keep this place in mind if we return again with extended family."

Route 66 Gem! Charming Litchfield Home w/ Yard

"Home is clean and comfortable. We felt very relaxed and were able to unwind. Neighborhood is quiet and in a convenient location. We did not do any cooking or use the outside patio area. Both were well set up had we wanted to. We would choose to stay here again!! We both slept better than at home!! The town had all we needed as well."

"We had an amazing time! The kayaks were perfect and we loved the bonfire pit. The only thing we would suggest is so e patio furniture by the pond. It was a fantastic stay and we will be back!"
