Ocean Avenue Beach is mere steps away, so spend your days on the Atlantic Ocean by participating in fun rentals and excursions like paddleboarding, deep-sea fishing, surfing, and every other waterfront activity imaginable. This home is within walking distance to fantastic local eateries, bars, and shopping, perfect for an afternoon stroll through a historic town. Several festivals are hosted throughout the summer and fall, and go-karts, mini golf, and many local parks are available for your entertainment.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Marvel at the antiques, the historic layout, and the old Nantucket airiness in the place. Make yourself at home by relaxing on the furniture to curl up with a good book or streaming your favorite shows on the TV. Serve your guests home-cooked meals at the formal dining table, lovingly prepared in the kitchen, full of all the cupboard room you'll ever need. A dedicated workspace with a desk and chair is available if you need to stay connected. With seven beds, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's adventures.

THINGS TO KNOW
The wood-burning fireplace is not for guest use.
This home has a mini split air conditioner in each bedroom and a larger one in the living room. Each room has its own remote to control the temperature.
To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
