Newly remodeled kitchen and bath in this condo with an ocean view and located on a beautiful beachfront that has the best snorkel and swimming beach protected by a reef, with lawn like carpet and a Sandy beach where you can swim with turtles or just sunbathe, kayak or snorkel. Beach chairs and umbrellas and snorkel equipment included along with a cooking kitchen and many pots and pans with large fridge and oven and stove and a free washer dryer and AC for your use and free parking. We just installed a bigger colder AC.

Condo always uses new clean linens and bedspreads on the memory foam matreeses and pillows along with frequently updated brand new bath mats and towels and beach towels as well.

You’ll love this condo and its country location with all the charm Hawaii beachfront has to offer in this unique property with a perfect swimming beach with crystal clear waters where turtles breed and swim and walk around freely. Sometimes there are manta rays and monk seals. The bay is protected by a reef so no worries about predators from the sea. Additionally there is work on the far end of the building that doesnt effect this unit to much and we offer a huge discount in addition and it’s only on weekdays and intermittent noise so most people are touring or on the pristine beachfront so they don’t care and no one or very few have complained. The unit is comfortable and quiet and clean and we make changes to improve the place regularly and make us better hosts. There’s a large grass area with swaying palm trees and the grass is like carpet with lawn chairs and picnic tables and umbrella tables too. It’s like heaven and we look forward to spending time there whenever we can and can’t wait to go back there ourselves as its our happy place. Also there is spalling and painting work being done on the end of the building and its ongoing and intermittent sometimes with noise and however noone has complained as it’s only during working hours and never on weekends. Most people are touring or on the gorgeous beachfront so it hasn’t been an issue. Also work on the parking lot has begun (mid Feb 26) and working men are replacing pipes located under the parking lot. Expect to park down at Kaya’s market about 100 years away (however there will be a drop off area for luggage) and full time security for the vehicles at Kaya’s and Our building also has 24 hour security. We are giving a huge discounted rate because of this work. It’s only sorting working hours and never on weekends. There may be intermittent water shutoffs occasionally (rarely) but only during working hours and never on weekends as well. We have a new bigger AC as of today. The beachfront is paradise and you can always close the door on the parking lot side of the unit and turn on the AC to avoid any disturbance that may occure if any. There may be noise intermittently again only during working hours and never on the beachfront.
