I was very disappointed with this hotel. We travelled 5 hours to Manchester, to be greeted with a dirty room. Hair in the toilet, stains and crumbs all over the bathroom floor, lipstick marks on the glasses. I complained and was given another room. This rooms air con wasn’t working - and we were on the top floor during 26 degree heat. We were meant to be going out that evening but all the kerfuffle with the rooms meant we had to change our plans. We were moved again - the room again wasn’t up to standard with a dirty bathroom floor and ripped up paper in the bedroom. I didn’t complain this time as we had to leave for our event and I couldn’t be bothered with the awkwardness AGAIN. Very disappointed - wouldn’t recommend.

What we loved the most is that the hotel is dog friendly! They really made our fur baby feel at home by bringing a dog bowl to our room and a dog bed so that felt really special! The hotel in general has such a cosy vibe, the staff are extremely friendly and the location is in the central of everything! I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying again in the future.

Service particularly in the restaurant at breakfast was very slow, had to ask multiple times about extra coffee and cereals. Also had to request for the tea and coffee facilities to be replaced every day

Great stay, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room did need some TLC as there were a lot of scuffs on the wall and the plastic housing for the room key fell of when you removed the card but for the price in the centre of Manchester it was very good value for money. Breakfast was really nice and plenty to choose from.
