Helpful staff who let us change for our event in disabled facilities as we were early for check in time.
Hotel room extremely hot with just a desk top fan to cool. Very noisy area so while maybe convenient for a night out was too disruptive for us.

Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine.
Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault.
Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

Perfect location and perfectly clean room. This is a lovely hotel and we had a great stay.
Only negative was that it could’ve done with a little fridge, and the shower/bath taps have a mind of their own, even with the instructions.
Its a lovely hotel and would recommend staying here, thank you x
