"Great communication from the team prior to my arrival. Nice clear instructions on how to get to the accommodation and access codes etc. Jamie greeted me and spent some time having a chat. Room was comfortable and warm, I was in a room for 6. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. Would definitely stay again when next in the city."
