“Staff went above and beyond my expectations. I had an operation and the hospitalized me. Disturb for days in West acres in Fargo, North Dakota, one above and beyond by storing my food in the freezer until I returned almost 2 weeks later. I didn’t have much money and to get my food back was completely amazing The free breakfast is good in the morning and yes, the rooms are clean. The place is very well cared for her. The swimming pool and hot tub should be open back up this week or early next……

“The staff was clean, professional, smiling, and friendly. The lobby, even at 10:30 PM, was bright, clean, warm, and welcoming. The elevator was clean, the hallways were bright and clean. The room was spotless and smelled good. Nice touch - my name was on the tv screens with a welcome message. Beds were clean, crisp, and comfortable, and the room was a perfect temp. Another bonus - ceiling fan above the bed, and it was clean! Solid 10!”
