"the people staying there are disrespectful they just did renovations (not a 5 star by far but you knew that when you’re booking) this is a budget motel . As they were putting new carpet in the whole building at once painting and fixing odds and ends ppl were literally trashing it so all the work they’ve done made no difference brand new carpet messed up trash all over like there isn’t big trash cans at the end of the 3 exits. to the visitors (soap and water is free amenity) trash all over outside which like I said u walk past the trash can n decide to throw your trash on the ground which is diabolical. places like this have cheaper rates for local people who are going through a tough time or travelers such as myself simply on a budget. so HAVE SOME RESPECT! They can’t make it better if everyone is constantly treating this place like a dumpster. the hotel does try to get things in order it could be worse but some Days ARE worse than others Just depends on the ppl staying there. The front desk employee is a very nice guy very accommodating and goes above and beyond and very kind to everyone needing a bit of compassion. any time I stay there I’m treated very well by him. Hopefully people start acting like the adults they are so they can make more updates to better our stays.Police patrol EVERY HR no joke lol won’t bug u though unless you’re the problem. few pot holes but that’s typical in the Midwest OVERALL it’s not a hotel issue it’s a ppl issue "

"Rooms were fantastic. Train at night was my only complaint and they provide white noise machine. Just should have turned it up louder. We loved having the bar, food, and shopping all in one building. This is freakin genius! "

"The air conditioning worked great, shower had great water pressure and heat. Breakfast was delicious with waffles and a great option of toppings. The pool was very clean and warm. The gym however was nonexistent. They use the room for storage and have a pedal bike woth no pedals jammed in next to the vending machines. "
