Overall good, but there were some problems.

Problems with the booking person-he misrepresented what he reserved for us. I ask for floor 1 and got floor 3. The A/C vibrated and we couldn't sleep well due to noise. Room was very clean and staff was nice. Very upset about the booking agent. Probably will not use this service again.

We stayed for 3 days and talked to a lot of the front desk staff, who were very helpful in navigating the area. Pool was warm, which is always a good thing.

Went for Frontier Graduation in Hyden

Good location, near gas station, grocery and food, as well as a few other restaurants. Very clean and new, must've been renovated recently. Indoor Pool, exercise area. Breakfast buffet with nice comfortable seating, fireplace and soft chairs and little sofas. Coffee was great. Regular size bagels, waffle maker, fresh fruit and fruit salad, eggs, turkey sausage, yogurt, cereal and milk, etc. Our room was 2 queen with an extra area with sofa and desk. Very nice, bedding and pillows new and upscale. New tastefully done furnishings. Plenty of hot water for showers. Dressing area with large mirrored doors, mini kitchen with extra sink, fridge, coffee maker.

Wonderful Hotel

Even though my husband and I only spent one night, the staff was efficient, kind and very informative. The room was very clean and spacious and it contained everything that was in the description. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was hot and very delicious. Had a nice variety. I would stay there again.

Comfortable stay

I was traveling on business, so I spent a lot of time in the room working. I stayed in a King suite, so the room was quite large, which was nice. The Internet connection was fast, which was very helpful. Also, the bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was fine; there was a good selection, from yogurt to oatmeal to eggs and bacon. The staff was friendly and polite. The hotel also had a nice indoor pool and whirlpool, although the chlorine was very, very strong. All in all, I definitely would stay here again.

A nice place to relax and rest !

Facility was conveniently located......(with both a restaurant and grocery within walking distance)..... Entrance and lobby were very clean and inviting...... Check-in was quick and easy..... Staff was pleasant and polite.... Elevator was in good working condition..... Hallways were clean and spacious.... Refreshment center on third floor was very convenient....ice was readily available... Rooms were very clean/comfortable and accommidating with plenty of lighting/outlets.... Check-out was quick and easy... Our stay was very enjoyable !

Clean and friendly

Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Convenient location with grocery, gas and restaurant sharing the same parking area. This was a last minute trip so little choice in where to stay but the price was higher than seems reasonable for the area and amenities.

Mattress too old

The hotel was very nice. The eggs in the morning a little mushy. But what I was most disappointed about was the softness of the mattress. Seemed a little saggy for the price of the hotel. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly.

We had a pleasant stay while in Hazard at the hotel. It was clean and the staff was accommodating. The breakfast that was included each day from 6 to 10 was good. We would recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel and Staff

This was a great hotel stay. The room was clean, parking was easy and food was close including a grocery. Morning breakfast exceeded expectations. The pool was ok and could have been a bit warmer but the spa was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful with directions and sights. We'll be back.

we were visiting our son and family who live in hazard. their 3 yr old daughter, Libby, and our other granddaughter, 4 year old Maya, had a great time in the pool and they thoroughly enjoyed eating breakfast in the lobby.
