The grounds were clean and comfortable. They had marshmallows s'mores outside at night for families I felt really safe. I really do like this place and I will be returning. I have nothing bad to say. “The entire 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite was dated but we loved it! The rooms were clean, kitchen was clean and bathrooms were clean. There were a few random treasures left from previous people’s stays. The pool was great and a fantastic treat in the cold! The location was away from the Main Street of Helen but it was also an easy walk to get to all the activities. The drive up and down the resort was roughly 16 to 18 degree grade. Checkout was easy and there were some easy directions that needed……
