“The room was in adequate no hooks in bathroom
Mattress was had added layer of sponge on top to form it
Did not do the job instead I felt I was going to fall off
It was very uncomfortable

“This was a decent hotel and lobby is lovely and modern but rooms are tired and a bit scruffy. not terrible but little things like odd broken tiles in the bathrooms and mould on the silicone. Reception staff adequate but not overly helpful. bar staff on the other hand were great and very accommodating.
Great location for town and the Pier with lots of parking at the rear which is chargeable but not expensive.
could be a great hotel with a bit of TLC and maybe some retraining for reception……
