“no hot water. Window opened fully ( risk assessment failure) no lift functioning. 2 dangerous small drop in carpet flooring. stair doors very stiff to open clean bedding was clean, shower; black sticky tape on broken corner on floor of shower”

“We stayed in a family room which was clean and close to the beach, with some restaurants around. There is no USB socket in the room so need to bring your own sockets to charge your phones and devices. Pillows are too soft. Breakfast was included, with cold and cooked buffet for selection.”

“The overall was good, except the safety! There was a guy stalking on my floor. He knocked our door and eavesdropped on us.”

“We had an excellent time, all the staff were so friendly. The pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were brilliant. Never too crowded. The restaurant menu isn't extensive but what we ordered tasted great. A bottle of wine can be a tad expensive. Breakfast was great, a shout-out goes to Sandra who made our morning start a pleasure.”

“The decor in the lounge area facing the sea is very nice. The breakfast isn't so good. It's not a buffet so you have to wait to get your tea/coffee. Buffet breakfasts offer more choice & much more convenient”

“Fantastic bathroom. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. A bit of a rabbit warren. No lift to upper floors. An elderly couple were struggling up the stairs and were not finding it easy. The staff had offered to help them but they had declined. Would have helped to have written information about meal times, local transport especially train service, contact numbers and places of local interest”
