Our stay at the Steveston Waterfront Hotel was absolutely outstanding. The location couldn't be better, with beautiful waterfront views and easy walking access to the shops, restaurants, and charm of Steveston Village. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, while the staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and eager to help. Spending the weekend here with my family and my sister Tracy made for a memorable getaway, and the hotel provided the perfect setting to relax and enjoy everything the area has to offer. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Richmond.

Overall a very nice hotel in a convenient location. Didn't feel "luxury" to me per see, but it was nice. Very clean. The service was attentive and friendly. My only big complaint is a weird one - they had sliding bathroom doors in our room with no locks and at many points they would spontaneously ope while someone was using the toilet, making for an unnecessarily awkward experience. They should change those doors.

I am an extremley fussy person with high expectations, l must say this hotel has not only met my expectations but has also exceeded them. I loved our room, we were met by Marty on arrival, he was absolutely amazing & showed that he geniunely cared about the guests, a very rare quality these days. The staff were all friendly, & Andrew the concierge went out of his way to make sure we were looked after, even with an issue that had nothing to do with the hotel. I will have no hesitation in recommending this hotel & certainly would'nt hesitate to stay there again.
