Room is clean and beds are comfortable. Fire alarm went off at 6am for probably 10 minutes and woke us all up. The front desk said they weren’t sure why when I called.

Hersheypark stadium was a joke, the restaurants we visited were and had terrible service, and the hotel was a disaster. Will not be back.

The only disappointing thing was the fire alarms in the room (3rd floor) would go off after taking a shower and opening the door. Called the front desk and learned this and their explanation was it was a design flaw... then move it!!!!!!

The town is fantastic!! We loved learning about Hershey and all he did for the community! Very few know about his school and what he does to support impoverished children!! The Chocolate Factory was great &free! People in town are amazing!
