“The front desk staff was extremely helpful prior to our visit. We had some questions and they were answered promptly. We rented 2 rooms and each one was clean and very spacious. We had enough towels to accommodate everyone. We particularly loved both the indoor and outdoor pools. Neither was crowed so we could really enjoy our time spent there. The property is conveniently located to restaurants, the outlets, and the park. It was an ideal place to stay.”

“Brandon gave us a warm, friendly and effective welcoming check in. Every staffs are friendly, especially the breakfast department staffs who’s working non stop to refill everything for guests. As well as the house keepers are very friendly as well. The hotel is super clean, well maintained and we will be back next time visiting Hershey Park! Thank you!”

“This is a motel and should be priced and marketed as a motel. The only redeeming quality of this motel was the poor employee who was clearly working alone for the whole property. She was being called non-stop. The property is in need of updates. There is an EXTREME security risk in anyone can open the doors and have access to the doors in the building connected to the lobby. Our sheets had to be changed because of hair and stains. Wyndham clearly handed over money and should be embarrassed to……

“This bad experience started when I arrived and went to office to check in. The man was upset with me because I interrupted his dinner with his family. I had called earlier in the day to ask if I could arrive as late as 10:00pm. I was told yes. He took that as an exact time. I arrived around 9:30 pm. The room was weird with a tiny TV set up high on a shelf. This place seemed like a place to take your mistress during the afternoon and not a proper lodging place.”

“New hotel.. issues with WiFi.. had to call a help number and took 15 minutes to get WiFi.. unnecessary time that should not have had to do. They blamed it on being new.. that should have been worked out!”
