Heyward Point Residences

Gardens and castle are beyond this world. Great experience of stepping back in time with this heritage lodging.

Very warm welcome from very nice hosts. Exceptionally clean and very strong wifi. A good option for a comfortable stay near Dunedin.

Beautiful area and comfortable place!

Perfect location and well equipped room!

We had a great time there and it was so close to the beach and to the city

One of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at. Wonderful!!

We arrived at Aurora on George just as New Zealand was getting ready to go to level four for the coronavirus pandemic. We stayed three nights until we could fly back to the US. Chris the manager was SO helpful during this stressful time. He had to limit service to protect staff, but answered all our needs and made sure we had what we needed. It was a safe haven with its beautiful gardens and comfortable rooms. We were able to fix dinners when restaurants closed so the kitchenette was vital. This...

Staff were accommodating on our arrival as we arrived half an hour before check in. We did offer to wait about or go for a walk but our room was ready and we were able to check in. Parking was convenient and we enjoyed a lovely walk down to the train station.

Great staff, clean and spacious rooms

Breakfast in the room was excellent. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Walking distance to the Botanical gardens.

Very special place, wonderful balcony views, the breakfast cooked by your choice

Place was great. Just what we needed and close to town for restaurants. The warm and friendly welcome was wonderful after a long day of travel in the road.

Great communication. Clean and comfortable apt. Ocean view. 😀

Friendly welcome. Loved the peaceful country setting.

This was my favorite place to stay so far the whole trip. We have been on the road for 4 weeks. It was cozy, beautiful, comfortable, and thank goodness they had a back way into the hotel. I was on crutches. My husband said it was his favorite also.

Swanky!! Amazing 1 night stay, wish we could be there longer.

Spacious rooms, had a separate queen bedroom, plus 2 twins in the living room area, kitchen with fridge and microwave and cooktop with any needed amenities. Had a heater for cool nights, separate laundry facilities that were just down the steps. Place could use some updating, but for our stay it was the right price and just fine for us

Oh my goodness this stay was fabulous! We travelled New Zealand and this has been our favorite stay! Beachwood is perfectly located to everything and the room was beautifully appointed. We had a full kitchen, a comfy bed and plenty of living space to spread out into. Our hosts, Dion and Mackey were lovely. They gave us lots of tips and checked in daily to be sure we had everything we needed. Don't hesitate! Book it! You won't be disappointed! The Mahers - USA

Off season so very quiet
