“I didn’t get the promised text or email telling me what room I was in. I called the help number but it wasn’t answered. I left a message but have never been called back. I have tried that number about 12 times but it always goes to answer phone. There was another phone number mentioned on my earliest Expedia correspondence and when I called it an Indian man said I had a wrong number. When I checked in, there was only an 8 year old boy there and he sent me to a room that was already occupied. He……

“2 bedrooms with a hallway and bathroom. Microwave and beer fridge in hallway. No glasses, electric jug in bathroom, have to do dishes in bathroom sink, not impressed. Beds were ok, place was very clean, good location and good price. Misleading advertising on Expedia under Food and drink, as it says there is dishwasher, freezer, full size fridge, icemaker. Tidy up the advert and be realistic.”
