"Very disappointed upon arrival to see the condition of the house. We left after only being there for an hour and were forced to stay in a hotel. The Host was not cooperative when messaging and claimed that the cleaning crew did not do a good job. We have asked for a full refund multiple times and the host has not responded. "first I want to start saying that the house is not secluded like the title says, there are a lot of neighbors near the house and they even complaint about my group saying we were loud and recorded us.. so where’s the privacy?.. I also want to say that when I first rented the property it didn’t have restriction on noise in the description, he added a lot of rules to the description after I couldn’t cancel it anymore.. the pool in the house is very deep (I didn’t see that in the description) so...
