All of our communication with proprietors was prompt and helpful, and they had the driveway salted and plowed within hours of the (very picturesque) snowfall the day before Christmas. There was significant mold in the master bath shower, dirty and torn upholstery, stained sheets and rugs, dirty pots and pans, dirty shelves, holes in walls, hanging fixtures, dirty bug filled window sills, loose faucets, non working tub sprayer, dirty outdoor furniture and many more issues.
