"Booked this Property for my 50th with a group of Friends. It was a bit of an adventure getting to the Property! Once we found it, the drive down to the house itself was an adventure! It was pouring Rain so that didn't help much, but the road is rough! Your definitely need a 4wd to get down the driveway. Once we arrived at the house though it was perfect! Fireplace which was great as it was cool,everything about the house was perfect. Bedrooms were very cosy. Lots of firewood for the house fire & the outside firepit. Nice veranda on which to sit and eat breakfast looking over the mountains. We went walking to the river. had a great meal outside watching the sun set on the mountains. It was a great stay!"

"We had a fabulous time at The Quarters. We had a great experience for children to experience the rural lifestyle. The Quarters is fully equipped with all your needs and all essentials. Highly recommend a farm tour with Chris on their farm to get a good feel of what rural life farming and the history of the area and the farm. My children walked away with great knowledge and a lot of respect for the land and an understanding of farming. Chris and Fran are great people and the hospitality of making us all welcomed was world class. Would definitely stay again, Chris, Fran once again a big thank you from me and my children. "We had an amazing time at Glamp on Pinch, we really wish we'd booked 2 nights instead of one. The view was beautiful, the place was so lovely, we definitely hope we can stay again. Kristy and Darren really put special effort and love in and it goes along way for the whole experience. 5/5"

"Loved the accommodation/carriage. Great job!! Just a couple of suggestions. There were heaps of mossies, no spray or mossie coils or suggestion to bring any No oil spray for cooking. Dish washing liquid didn't wash well. Toiletries, only enough for 1 person. Website said coffee machine, but only plunger and would have bought ground coffee if known or our own coffee machine. "A great holiday's definition varies for different people. If you're tired of city life and want a peaceful corner of the world to meditate and disconnect from the digital world, this is a must-stay! Fernando is an amazing host and an inspiring farmer you won't get tired of listening to. You can learn about all the amazing work he has done on his farm with his beautiful wife. Make sure to get in touch with him prior to meeting if you want to try some of the yummy pork sausages he makes and get latest update on their produces. There are heaps to enjoy on his farm – lots of gorgeous goats, alpacas, pigs, and chickens. It's roughly a 40-minute drive to the nearest grocery store and petrol station, but we didn't mind as we took all we needed with us."

"We were looking for a stay around but not in Orange that would allow us to disconnect and enjoy the countryside. Mortimer's checked all the boxes. The loft is perfect for two couples. There are steep stairs so this would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There is a small fridge but no freezer. There is an ensuite attached to each bedroom and the living areas are spacious and comfortable including a huge balcony overlooking the vineyards. If you're wanting to visit the winery as part of your visit be aware that it is open Thursday through Sunday. In short I highly recommend this property and fully intend to return at some point in the future."

"I stayed here with friends and our two children, aged 6 and 5 years. The property is remote and just beautiful if you are after an escape from the city. The kids had a trampoline and play equipment to keep them entertained. The horse and sheep were at our door step in the morning and were able to feed them. The house was well equipped and clean, comfortable and warm beds. Teresa was lovely, very helpful and welcoming. We loved the fire pit and stunning views. The children had a wonderful time."

"6 adults for a family get together. Spacious and very clean. Beautifully furnished. Kitchen with everything you need to cook for a large family. Two outdoor entertaining areas, one with bar and dartboard. We could not have asked for a better home and location. Friendly goat and sheep. A great home and location for a family holiday to enjoy the wineries and restaurants."
