Start your vacation at this centrally located Hilo Nui Ohana. Surrounded by shopping centers, restaurants, parks, and beaches! If you are visiting Hilo for business, this space is ideal as well, with plenty of table space for working and high-speed internet through Spectrum (400mbps). Our beautiful floors, modern kitchen, and walk-in shower give the space a luxury feel. In addition to the 5 beds available in 5 bedrooms. there are two futon sofas and huge sectional sofa in the living room to accommodate extra guests; please note air mattresses are available upon request. This space holds a max of 12 guests. Property manager on site Private parking is on-site at the entrance of the apartment. Please let us know if you will need space for more than 2 vehicles. Laundry room is located in the garage and shared with management. Quiet hours between 9pm and 7am. Average weather in Hilo is 64F/84F. Most the Hilo residents do not install air conditioning in the house. \-\*\* Air conditioning\*\* are in the both living rooms. No additional fees. No AC in all bedrooms.
