Location, location, location....This villa is in the perfect location of the island! 1103 Sea Crest is an adorable 1st floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa that has serene, beautiful views of the lagoons, lush gardens and fountains from both balconies.

As you enter into the foyer, to the left is the master bedroom with a king bed, bistro style table that seats two and a 32” TV. The private covered balcony has a small table and cushioned chair for you to sit and relax while overlooking the gardens. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a garden tub, double sinks and separate walk-in shower.

The guest room is to the right off the foyer and has two Queen size beds, an accent chair and 32” TV. It shares a bathroom with the hall. The bathroom has a garden tub, double sinks and walk-in shower.

In the hall is the full size washer and dryer. Then straight ahead is the open living room (with all brand new furniture), dining room and the fully-stocked kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances. The open floor plan is conducive for family gatherings and total relaxation. The dining room has a feature wall of mirrors that brightens up the room and a dark wooden table that seats six. There are two additional seats at the kitchen countertop. The living room has a blue sofa, matching love seat and two chairs plus a 36” TV. Out the sliding glass doors is another covered balcony with a table that seats two and overlooks the gardens with views of the ocean.

The beauty of staying at Sea Crest is you never have to use your car if you choose not to! The Sea Crest Resort is located just steps from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and offers a variety of amenities such as two oceanfront pools, hot tub, children’s pool, fitness center and beautifully landscaped gardens.
