Lovely hotel but disappointing that as a resident of the hotel - you also have to pay for parking over and above - also disappointed that on booking the hotel I selected two adults and a puppy — again additional charge for puppy dog xx

No hot breakfast, outdoor style rooms. Gym was awful the interior light cut off every 10-15 min while in use. Front desk service was exceptional though. Beds were comfortable and we had our room serviced daily. Which was a welcome reprieve from all the sand we brought in.

It was a nice hotel and a quiet, peaceful environment. What we noticed they did not clean our room and removed trash for the 3 nights that we stayed. The key was not working the second day so I had to go to the front desk as she told me it should be good but had to go back again because it’s not working. Overall experience was not bad. They have friendly staff especially the night duty front desk. He was more helpful and friendly. It’s a relaxing place to stay. Especially we loved the hilton head island.

The place is safe and quiet. It would have been better if someone will clean the room and vhange the linens and towels. We stayed for 3 days and ask to clean the room but no one showed up.

close to everything, secluded, quiet,lots of parking, had to pay $10 per night tho. Courteous staff and hotel comes with pool and breakfast is a bonus

Evening desk person outside talking to his Meth or crack head friends in a black truck all night! His friends looking around for unlocked vehicles to steal stuff for their drug addictions. Look elsewhere if you want an enjoyable worry free stay.

The property is not an issue but the staff is I booked in Expedía but now I have a change by the property as well. I spoke to a staff member two days ago and he agreed with the miss charge and told me that give him till the next day to issue my refund which I am still waiting.
