Family time

Perfect location, just steps from the beach & 2 pools. Also convenient to walk to shops & several restaurants. It could probably use some updates but it was clean & met all our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Favorite Condo

Beautiful condo with a fabulous view. Our only complaint was after tropical storm Helene passed, it took 2 days for the 2 pools to be vacuumed. It’s our favorite place to stay and have always enjoyed our time at this location.

Pool not heated.

The condo was great. We have stayed at SeaCrest many times. This was our first time in October. Had we been made aware the pool would not be heated we would not had stayed here. It was ice cold. Very disappointed that was not disclosed.

Wonderful unit

Amazing view from the 5th floor oceanside unit overlooking the pool. Very large bedrooms and living space. Covered parking in a garage. Great location to walk to restaurants. The main elevator is very slow so we walked the stairs a ton, but the views from the 5th floor are amazing.

Perfect Condo

This is the 2nd year we have returned to 3503 Seacrest. We love the condo. It is in the perfect location and is so pleasant to work with Host2Coast. We plan to return again next year.

Beautiful Beach Christmas

Exactly as I had hoped! I wanted a place my family could get together for Christmas with beautiful views, and this place was perfect. Fits three couples very comfortably. Convenient to so many places. We will be back!

Absolute best condo we have stayed in.

This is by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. The layout of the rooms, location and ease of entry are fantastic. Our two adult children, along with their spouses and one grandchild, had plenty of room. It was a wonderful family vacation and we will definitely be back!! Tom

Amazing Property!!!

The condo was everything that we could have asked for. Amazing views of the ocean, beach, and pool areas. The property was in a great location within walking distance of restaurants and shops. It was very clean and we enjoyed are week. Can’t wait to get back..

Great condo for family vacation

Condo was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable, comfortable stay. Could use some updating here and there, but overall it was very nice. The view is amazing! Great location, highly recommend!

Hilton head family getaway

Unit was very nice but is starting to show some normal wear and tear. Any small issues we had were dealt with quickly. Elevator and hot tub definitely need some normal maintenance. Location was excellent and view us amazing.

Great location, very nice resort. The condo was a nice size with a beautiful view of the ocean. Plenty of room for the 5 of us parking a breeze however, there were some things that needed improvement. First, I felt the place needs to be updated, some of the furniture is old & damaged, Second there was not enough bar soap for the shower, the clothes dryer barely worked, we needed at least two kitchen towels for the week ,bathroom door didn't close, one shower dripped loud enough to keep you awake at night, sliding screen door in master was very difficult to close & they only give you one garbage bag for the week so you have to call for more. I would have liked check in to be a little earlier 4:00 PM is to late 12:00 or 1:00PM would be better. Minor problems all in all a great time .

Great family vacation spot!

This was a fantastic vacation rental! The place was spotless, had a great location (within walking distance of town), and amazing ocean views. The hosts were top notch! They were very attentive, responsible, and helpful. They even went out of their way to go out and buy an item that was missing from our kitchen the same day I asked about it. We would definitely stay again!

Great place

Excellent property with ocean views and high quality amenities. Close to many things. Quiet neighbors when we were there. One of the pools was closed for a big overhaul but that did not affect us. Bring binoculars to get a closer look at wildlife and water things!

Warning! Construction blocks oceanfront view of 3503, hammering & drilling began at 8am

We stayed in a second floor oceanfront unit at Sea Crest villas last Christmas and enjoyed it so much we decided to upgrade to a top floor unit this year to take full advantage of the amazing view. We rented both A & B units (all 3 bedrooms) of Sea Crest 3503, which is a nicely appointed unit with a well equipped kitchen. Very disappointed to discover upon checkin that scaffolding covered the front of the building, obstructing our view. Called the rental company (host2coast), who offered a different condo (smaller, 2 bedroom unit with a landscape view/far from the beach) or a partial refund. We agreed to refund and decided to make the best of it, even tho scaffolding blocked view as well as sunshine on the balconies, and we had beautiful weather. Did not realize when we agreed to refund amount that actual roof construction would begin a few days into our stay! Hammering, yelling, drilling outside our windows, beginning 8am. Workers outside our windows (will post photos), so not only could we not enjoy the beautiful weather on the balconies, we had to keep curtains drawn when we were in the unit. Rental company refused additional refund, indicated they were unaware of exact construction schedule so elected not to advise us ahead of time of potential disruption. However, I spoke with the roofing contractor, who was very clear on scope of and schedule for project. We love this location, right across from shops at coligny square, and the beach is great for walking. Extremely disappointed that we were not advised of ongoing construction, which disrupted our entire stay. Rental company representatives were very responsive to emails, but we felt they knew they could not provide the experience advertised (certainly no “amazing view” and chose to take our money anyway. The condo unit itself is lovely. Unfortunately our stay was much less than optimum due to actions of host2coast property management.
