This modern renovation is thoughtfully designed with all the amenities we’ve loved (or wished for) in our favorite beach rentals, including shared to beach supplies.

Relax and Entertain in Style-
The spacious, comfortable living area is perfect for unwinding, connecting with family and friends, or enjoying entertainment on the Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals for a crowd, with plenty of plates and serving pieces. Ample seating is available at the dining table and bar, making mealtime a breeze.

Work or Study from Paradise-
We’ve created two dedicated work-or-learn-from-home spaces, recognizing that sometimes you need to stay connected while enjoying island life.

Spacious Bedrooms with Private Bathrooms-
Each of the three bedrooms is designed for comfort, featuring private, updated bathrooms, cozy beds, TVs, and plenty of storage:

Main Floor Master Suite: King bed, spacious dresser with a convertible standup desk, ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo – ideal for remote work.

Upstairs Master Suite: King bed, traditional desk, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and an extra monitor to enhance productivity.

Third Bedroom: Queen bed and twin-over-twin bunks, sleeping up to 8 guests total. The ensuite bathroom includes an oversized tub/shower combo.
All TVs are equipped with Roku devices for streaming and cable programming.

Convenience and Connectivity-

Full-sized washer and dryer on the main floor

Secure high-speed internet (100mb/sec)

Access and Amenities-
Guests will enjoy full access to the villa (except for the owner’s closet and one laundry cabinet). Keyless entry codes, outdoor storage closet access, and key cards for the back gate (quick beach and park access) and community pool will be provided.

Stay Lengths and Seasonal Availability-

March through October: 2-14 day stays

Off-season (November through mid-March): Longer stays are welcomed for Snowbirds or remote workers. Monthly rates available – just ask!

Beach Supplies-
Guests are welcome to borrow beach supplies and return them to the storage closet upon departure. Note: Supplies are not sanitized between guests, and contents are not guaranteed. Usage is at your own risk.

Bring Your Own Beach Towels - We are unable to provide beach towels, so please remember to pack your own or pick some up on the island.
