Beautiful beachfront property. Nice pool, nice chairs and seemed to be plenty of seating. The coffee shop was great. The two things I did not appreciate: Resort fee did not include parking. Had to pay extra Glass of prosecco was $17.50… too expensive, so just brought our own drinks to pool. Had a wonderful time swimming in the ocean

The phone in our room didn’t work and was never fixed. They still use all top sheets and no fitted sheets on the beds which is extremely uncomfortable. The tv never worked correctly, it rewound and paused continuously. The chairs around the pool can only be rented for a $150 /day which is outrageous when you’re already paying a premium at the resort.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton! It has been nicely renovated and was really affordable for a 4 night stay. I hope they update the pools and the number of pool front seats in the future… but it was great for the value. No complaints!

Overall we had a good stay. We only stayed for one night but had enough interaction to give a fair review. The staff was nice but failed in a couple areas to get things right for us. We checked in and were give our keys and room number. After getting our luggage up to our room we went to the room and the key didn't work. We realized the number was just not written clearly so we walked down a few rooms to the correct one and my wife used her key card to open the door and to her surprise there was a man laying on the bed and they had sent us to the wrong room all together. So back down to the front desk to figure it out. They were very apologetic and we were fine. The only annoying part is that we went to our room this morning and our key cards didn't work again. Required another trip to the front desk to get the keys reactivated. Not a huge deal but annoying since we were going back to get packed up and head out. The bellmen and valet attendants were great. The guys were all very pleasant and helpful. When trying to call either room service or the front desk it took multiple calls to get through. We never got through to room service and we called probably 10 plus times. The location was amazing with beautiful beach front views. It was only a short walk to the beach. The outdoor pools were nice but closed at sunset. The indoor pool was nice but very dark which didn't make much sense to us. The beds were comfortable but did have stains on the sheets. Again overall a good stay.

Great beach, pool is nice too though could be updated. The overall vibe is great with live music and pool towels to use as well as toys for kids to use (boogie boards and balls). The outside of the hotel is what you’re paying for. The inside is old and has problems. It’s not well maintained or very clean. Musty smells in the rooms and halls. Rooms are outdated. It’s reasonable for an older beach hotel, but the prices of food and drinks there want to be high end resort. We had a fun stay due to the beach and pool and generally family friendly atmosphere, but it wasn’t luxury and the staff were rude with the exception of the restaurants. Also the air conditioner was broken and not cooling sufficiently on 3 of the floors the weekend we were there. They said that they were working on it but it never got better. Many people I talked to had the same issue. Wouldn’t get below 77 in the rooms which is not comfortable.

My finance and I stayed at the Resort for the weekend with 2 of our children. We were casually looking for a Beachfront Resort for a wedding location next year. Our check-in experience was not great. We arrived pretty late, after 11pm. Once we checked in and went upstairs, we discovered our room key was not working. I went back to the lobby, while my family waited by the room. After a second try, still it was not opening the room. The third visit back to the front desk, they gave us a new room. Not as close to the elevator. We understand this can happen, but twice? It was late and we were very tired, so it was quite frustrating. The condition of our room was also rather disappointing considering the beauty of the Lobby area. There was visible water damage on the ceiling, with mold spots. Our bathroom door didn’t lock. The shower quickly filled with water. We had 4 in our room, with only 3 full sized towels. I asked housekeeping for extra towels, and while they gave us some before coming to our room for daily service, still somehow we ended up with just 3? When I inquired about wedding information at the front desk, I was sadly informed there was only someone there during the week to give any information. No one on weekends at all? The Resort has so much potential, the location is amazing, but the visit was rather disappointing.

I hate to agree with the other reviewers but this resort is in desperate need of a refurbishment. Everything is in very poor shape. Carpets,furniture,bathrooms etc.. my wife cut her arm on a broken door stopper midway up the door. I’m sure this resort had its day but that was a very long time ago.
