You are welcomed when you arrive and reception is friendly and helpful. Room very clean and we received an upgrade which was a nice unexpected perk. Large room with city view and during the heatwave it had air conditioning. Excellent walkable location to old town and 10 minute walk to sightseeing tours.

A heat wave hit Salzburg during my time there and it was so nice to be able to retreat to the hotel room in air conditioning. I met friends in Salzburg and apparently air conditioning is not standard. Very friendly and helpful staff, the location was perfect for me: near many things but near the green serenity of parks and the Mirabell Gardens. Also a short walk from the central station.
