"Beautiful home and a well stocked bathroom. They are also very welcoming of well trained pups so that’s a plus. A perfect stay for the little town of Shiner, TX. It’s also conveniently located across the street from a great coffee shop!"

I had reserved a room online through Expedia. I saw the rate went down on my scratchpad, so I called Expedia. The Customer Service Rep cancelled my original reservation and rebooked it to get the lower rate. When I got to the hotel, my reservation was not in the system. I explained that the room had been booked, cancelled, and rebooked through Expedia. She checked the Expedia folder and found that the new reservation had been stapled behind the cancellation. Weather was bad. Lots of mud carried into the hotel by oilfield workers. Surgical bootees should be provided for them at the front door as is done at other hotels.

If you haven’t stayed here you are missing out!!
To start out Miriam is there with a smiling face to greet you! She genuinely loves her job!
Very comfortable room with soap, lotion, shampoo, and body wash containers mounted to the wall. That’s right no little bottles all you need to do is push on the container!! What could be better!

First and foremost, the staff was really friendly.
It was the best motel!
A cozy and quiet motel in a beautiful town.
It was cleaner than any other motel of the same grade,
with no unpleasant odors like cigarettes or drugs,
and it had a refrigerator and microwave, making the stay comfortable. :)
Most importantly, there was a Walmart right next door (a 1-minute walk away), which was great.
As a tip, if you just want a can of beer, use the gas station convenience store right next door instead...

Quick access to main highway. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The bed was heavenly - very comfortable. Room was very clean. The only complaint would be the exhaust fan in the shower/toilet is very loud.

Room was ready even though we were a late check in. Staff was courteous and kind. Clean room very quiet on first floor. For what appeared to be an older property everything was nice.
