“Very clean hotel and room, I pretty much only slept there but it was pleasant”

“Overall, and especially for the town, this is a great place to stay! The staff was very friendly, attentive to requests and restocking amenities, etc. The hotel has been remodeled and is very nice. I love the high ceilings, fans and overhead lights in rooms, and style. Some of the improvements may have been done improperly (i.e. a handrail fell out of the wall when used and was only attached in sheetrock with a screw) but nothing that effected us greatly. I did miss the more modern amenities……

“The room is damp, and the curtains are moldy. The bed sheets are not clean, and the toilet leaks at the base where it meets the floor.”

“Room was ok for 1 night. The property needs a lot of cleaning and updating . Bathroom had no shelf for storing your clothes during a shower and no room to place a makeup bag let alone any bathroom supplies . Don’t be fooled like I was just because it’s an IHG property ”

“The first room had a live scorpion, dead roaches in air vents and dead bugs behind furniture. Next room was not too bad, a few less dead bugs behind furniture and a weird stain on one of the chairs. Wouldn’t stay here again”

“Food and God only knows what else caked on the bed spreads. Cockroaches came home in our luggage!!!!!! We left a day early. Heard a guy come in the lobby and ask new linens for the bed because there was URINE on his!!!! The manager acted as though the man wad making it up!! There weren’t even phones in the rooms to call the front desk or 911 if the cockroaches overtook us!!! Absolutely DISGUSTING place!!!!”

“Upon arrival for check in we were informed of a water heater issue and that we could not check in. We had to purchase another hotel room on a weekend that all rooms were almost sold out in town and had to spend more than planned. We still haven’t received the refund for a room we never got to stay in.”

“Room needed more cleaning, room felt hot, breakfast was fine, except the weird pancakes, loved the costa rican coffee. Parking was good as well. ”

“The breakfast had terrible coffee, the light was out in our bathroom over the mirror, and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty too. The beds are clean and sleep fine.”
