"Everything was good"

"Very nice hotel stay in Hallettsville, TX. The outside of hotel has several patio areas with western rustic swinging benches perfect for relaxing watching the sun go down drinking a cold beverage. The rear patio area has a couple of BBQ pits to grill your favorite food. There are several restaurants walking distance from hotel."

"Had to move rooms due to bed sinking in middle. But over all not a bad hotel to stay at. "

"Room key card lost charge every day"

"We checked in Friday and were told after we got settled into our room by our friends, not the staff at check in, that there would be no hot water until Sat. This was inconvenient because we were there for a wedding and NEEDED a good shower. 1 night, ok we could deal. Then on Saturday we were told the hot water would not be fixed then either. When we complained, we were told they could give us $14 back for our 2 night stay. Ridiculous. Not only that but our friends didn’t have electricity in their room when they checked in and then it was turned on, the microwave was going with moldy food in it. Our other friends couldn’t straighten her hair bc the breaker kept tripping. Other than ALL OF THAT, the room was clean minus stains on the carpets. Elevators, hallway walls and carpets definitely need updating. Breakfast that was provided was ok. Oh we were also supposed to be charged $65 for our Friday stay but cc was ran for $79 and NOT refunded the lousy $14. "

"Everything was great! The host was very friendly, accommodating, and accessible. Although we didn’t need all of the upstairs beds, it would be most awesome for a number of people to enjoy their time up there. I give it 5 stars. "
