"Amazing staffs - Jenny at Reception and Anthony as Hotel Manager. Very personalised services. Good advice on transport and local tours. Room is very spacious and clean. Newly renovated. Just cross the bridge to Old Town. Easy to walk. Booked hotel car for local tour. Very nice driver Michael and double up as guide. Highly recommended"

"We loved the location. It’s just a short walk to the old town, lantern lake and night markets. Breakfast had similar things to the other places we stayed at in Vietnam but tasted the best! Has aircon and a ceiling fan. Very thorough checkin and was welcomed with a drink and little cake. Pool was actually cool as it is covered."

"Perfect hotel for our stay in Hoi An. Great location. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was the best of six hotels we stayed at in Vietnam. Pool was lovely after a day out adventuring. Close to the action. Hotel has some character. Our room was spacious and clean. Tried the restaurant for dinner and had a fabulous meal with live traditional entertainment. Service by the staff exceptional. I can't think of anything negative to say about the Signature. It was definitely 5 out of 5."
