"This is a beautiful home on the 2nd row of Holden Beach. All of the bedrooms are fully equipped with comfortable beds and TV’s to enjoy as you fall asleep. The two living room spaces were perfect for our family to enjoy. The pool out back, along with the amazing Tiki Bar, brought hours of fun to our group. The property owner, Shea, is incredibly responsive and provided all details before our trip. If you want a relaxing beach home to spend quality time with your family, this is the one!"

"It was a great property. The kitchen was a little small since we prepared most of our meals. The bedrooms were nice. Of course the hot tub was a nice extra we have not had at other places. Thanks for helping us with the lock at the door."

"Our family enjoyed the house which was very clean and updated. The Holden beach area had friendly people. We were five minutes from the marina and very close to a grocery store. Walking to the beach from the house was a big plus. "

"Great little beach house for my husband and I. The king bed was comfortable as was the den furniture. The porch looking at the ocean was great! There is a public walkway just to the right of the house that we used to take our stuff to the beach. I wish the house had rocking chairs but, I knew this upfront based on the pictures so I brought my own. It is a great little beach house with an old-school vibe and we would definitely rent this property again. "
