"This was our first visit to Holden Beach and we enjoyed everything about our stay. We loved the convenient boardwalk to the beach, to get out to watch the birds and look for shells. We especially appreciated the privacy and quiet provided by the expansive property. The Babington House is a beautiful home with everything we needed. It was clean and thoughtfully prepared for our stay. The upstairs porch offers sweeping views of the dunes and ocean for sunrises and sunsets and quiet moments in between. From the beginning of our planning until the end of our visit, Robert was responsive to all our questions and pleasant in all communications. We highly recommend the Babington House at Holden Beach for a memorable vacation."

"Love the rockers on the front porch, comfortable beds and seating. The only negative (out of the owner's control) is that a neighbor diagonally from the back of the property hosted a loud party one night, which has not been an issue in past years at this location, but could be drowned out by the tv. "

"Shae was a great host. Communicated with us regarding the property before check in. All items we needed such as toddler bed, high chair and pack and play were set up for us. Property was very close walking distance to the beach access. We were on a big family vacation with our whole family. Children ages ranging from 1yo to teenagers. We all had a blast. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. House was clean. We would definitely book this place again if we were to return to Holden Beach. "

"This property is gorgeous! Jenny and Mark are outstanding hosts and are quick with communication! They provided an amazing welcome and have thought of everything you will need for your stay! The house was very clean, comfy, and smelled amazing all week! It was so helpful that beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys were provided and we didn’t have to pack our own! The pool was clean and having it heated made all the difference in its enjoyment, as well as having the hot tub! The outdoor chairs and tables made outside living and eating easy and enjoyable! The house itself was beautiful, clean, and perfect for family time! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed and the beds were comfortable, providing great nights’ sleep! The views of the beach, pool, and house were incredible and Instagram worthy!!! We are already making plans to return in the spring and the fall!
