"Have no idea how this hotel is anything above 1 star! The following are my grievances:- No toiletries (as shown in photos!) No face washer. No bath mat. Towels were threadbare. The room was a depressing shade of grey with scuff marks on the walls. The bathroom/toilet was so tiny - knees hit the glass wall in front of the toilet! A very cheap blind on the glass by the toilet - dirty and cracked. Toilet roll holder dirty as was the swing mirror. Breakfast was dreadful - four dishes which were..."
