“This was our second stay at this lovely property one block off of Hollywood Boulevard. The place is always clean, well-stocked with towels and all the necessary kitchen items. The location is amazing, just behind the Hollywood Roosevelt hotel, you are close to so many attractions in Hollywood. The 2-car parking is incredibly valuable as parking rates in the area are very high. We will be back next year!”

“The home was lovely and perfect for our 3-generation-family vacation. Home was exactly as advertised. The property manager was wonderful and super responsive. The parking only allows for one car in the driveway, and we had 3, but while long-term parking on the street was restricted to permit holders, we were always able to find parking easily half a block away. I was sent an email with a property address a day or two before our arrival date, but on the eve of our travel, I realized I didn't have the apartment number or info on how to actually get in. “The owner of this place is an ABSOLUTE LEGEND. I reached out to him right after I booked it and he offered to give me a call to walk through the location to make sure I was comfortable with the booking. After I was at the location he was willing to give me a tour to explain the small details of the house. Even during our stay, the house was big so I occasionally had some questions about specific rooms and he responded immediately. 10/10 would recommend staying here. The pictures sell it itself...

“The apartment was clean and beautiful; it provided the space we needed for a family of 5 with a king bed in one room and a queen in the other. The location was good and we appreciated that you could walk to the Target across the street for essentials. The parking garage is on the first floor so that is convenient. We decided to just leave the car parked and took an Uber to & from Universal Studios which I would definitely recommend. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.”
