We’ve stayed here now two years in a row for kcon! It’s our favorite hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The staff is always very nice and helpful. The rooms are big and clean. It’s not too bad of a walk to the conventions center too so it’s a perfect place to stay! We will always come back here each year for kcon!

The carpet was stained in different areas and the furniture was well worn. The bed was wonderful as well as the bathroom.If they removed the carpet and installed vinyl flooring , that would make it so much better.
