Staff are nice, food is good

Amazing inn with super attentive staff. Highly recommend!

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Our room was quite lovely. It overlooked the ocean. It was very clean. The innkeeper was a very kind woman. She gave us a lot of information about dining options in the area and information about taking the local train (we were taking a train to London the next day). I would have loved to have spent more time here.

We really enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse: quiet bucolic location, handsome and spotless, well-maintained house, We stayed in the Tweed room which was spacious and had everything we needed (including an excellent high pressure shower!). Peter and Sheila were great hosts and cooked breakfast to order each day and made sure we had everything we needed. Would happily return!

Great place, great staff, great food.

We had a newly remodeled room in a building a short distance from the lobby which was in a restored hall. The room was fantastic with full length floor to ceiling windows, remote controlled ceiling windows & every other amenity you can think of. This is one of the best hotel rooms I have stayed in.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Marshall Meadows Manor House. We stayed one night, but ate dinner and the included breakfast at the hotel. The room was clean, the food excellent, and the staff genuinely helpful. The manager assisted with luggage, provided us with helpful advice for our destination the following day, and was very attentive while also serving at the restaurant. We walked the cliff top trail from the property and enjoyed the amazing views of the Berwickshire coastline, as...

Chatton Park House B&B is a great place to stay on the English countryside. It is close to both Newcastle and Edinburg and as peaceful as they come. The hosts are gracious and kind and the breakfast was great.

We stayed in off season. When we arrived at 4 pm, nobody was there. Another guest let us know the keys were just behind a flower box. Got in, lovely room, clean, with plenty of amenities. Good water pressure. My only wish would be that they provide wash cloths, as well as towel racks or some form of hanging and drying our towels. There not a single hook or rack in the entire room. A simple fix, but certainly worth it. I didn’t have much hope for the breakfast, not sure why, but it was...
