It is definitely a 4 star hotel. The hotel has been kept very well maintained. It is clean and exudes as high class ambiance. The staf is very polite and want to keep you happy. It's proximity to the HongKong convention center is a plus making it a walking distance. Around the hotel are many avenues for transportation including the MTR. There are many food options around the area and it is easy to commute to the Kowloon Island through either the ferry or the subway.

We stayed at the Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour in June 2025 and have no complaints. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. The view was spectacular. The bathroom was a bit cramped but the rain shower felt great. They also provide robes which we appreciated when visiting their infinity pool. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is not the greatest - a bit far but the MTR is located very conveniently. There's a wet market and...

Excellent service and extreme friendly staff. My wife and I spent the last 5 night in this hotel on our anniversary. The staff are very friendly.
Front desk very accommodating. The bell captain Max is very passionate. He not only gave us advice on local eateries and directions to get there. When we do not have the coins for the tram fare, he pulled several coins from his own pocket to give us for the fare. It is beyond the call of duty. the kindness and generosity out of this world. It is a...

I recently stayed at Hotel Icon in Hong Kong for four nights with my son, and every moment was delightful. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. In a city where space is at a premium, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the bathroom. I absolutely loved the hotel's toiletries!
The mini bar in the room was replenished daily with an abundance of drinks and snacks, ensuring we always had something to enjoy. The pool and gym on the ninth floor...
