There were 4 people behind the check in desk and even though we were struggling with our luggage to get through the door, not one person moved to assist us. During the check in process, the person assisting us spoke to his colleagues rather than speaking to us. He did not provide any property information to us. Additionally, even though the property is non smoking, the smoke smell in the hallways and room was terrible. The location of the property is excellent, but I would not stay in this hotel again. "
