Great area. Very outdated. Toilets were awful. Had really bad brown stains on the seats. No parking. Had to park a couple of blocks away, at a parking garage, that charged $45 a day.

This property looks far better in the listing than in person. I suspect that many of the glowing reviews are fake. Very shabby and tired. Couldn't park at the hotel, there was a fist fight on the street when we arrived as men spilled out of the bar beside the hotel, there is a security gate that you can't get through without buzzing after 9, the air conditioner was leaking all over one of the beds, the room was extremely dated, and the food downstairs is spartan at best. Their tiny pool was out of order as well. We did one night then checked out early. I would not recommend unless you are young, on a very tight budget, and won't be spending much time in the room.

During our family vacation, we planned to stay twice in this hotel. We didnt knew about the advance parking reservations, upon enquiring the front desk, we were shut down by Mei at the front desk and told to go figure it out, ended up pakring 2 blocks down the road. During our second time stay, we were leaving just before 12 Noon, but the same person, Mei at the front desk, called and yelled at us to get out of the room and she is charging for another day if we dont. we told her we are in the elevator and coming down, but she shuts us down and put the phone down. Our whole family and young kids were there, not a cool experience when you are with your family.

We had a wonderful stay at Oasis. The staff were accommodating, we were upgraded to a better room on arrival which was a nice surprise, and we were able to leave our luggage for pickup after we checked out. It was great!!
