Perfect Location, Budget Accomodation
The location was brilliant just around the corner from Star Beachboys surfboard hire and 2 short blocks from the main beach (Canoes- where the Duke Kahanamoku statue is). We had some problems accessing our key from the lockbox- you need to pull out or up on the grey tab- and getting in the apt door- turn the key right and then fully left. But there was a 24 hour security desk to get help. The building and elevator were a bit tired (the apt is 12 stories up on the top floor). The bed was a queen and rather lumpy, some extra pillows and a way to boil water (besides using the microwave) would be good. It was about the size of a motel room, big enough for 2 people and good to have the wee deck to dry clothes on with the full sized fridge. The A/C was noisy but outside was very noisy as well with loud motorbikes at night and very early trash collections- take good ear plugs. For the price it was great but don't expect a serviced apt or luxury.

Dirty , does not wash sheets or blankets , has crumbs and body smells . The bathtub is stained and nasty , all dishes are filthy unwashed. Charges 90 dollar cleaning fee but does not clean , bad communication. Gets rich off a run down building .

Great location
Perfect little spot for a couple. Minimal inside, but comfy bed and enough space for everything. Location is perfect for walking around Waikiki and is a safe area. Laundromat downstairs is nice in case anyone needs that.

Amazing Location and Value
This apartment is just a few blocks from the main areas of Waikiki Beach and is a perfect place to have as a home base while exploring the area. We did not have a car so we don't know about the parking situation. It is a bit barebones so make sure to bring/buy any extra supplies you might need. Great value for location and would stay again when visiting the area!

Perfect for our needs
This was a great place to stay at during our stay in Honolulu. My wife and I just needed a place to come back to after our daily adventures on the island, and this was perfect. Location and the price can't be beat and Claudia made it very easy to check in and out. Would stay here again.

It was perfect for our stay! We just needed a place to sleep at night and put our stuff during the day, but we were able to walk to restaurants, beaches and rest on the lanai and watch tv in bed.

Incredible location, great value!
Clean, simple, small, lovely place to rest your head after being out all day. No one could believe it when I told them how much we were paying. No stunning views or pool, but I wouldn’t expect it at this price. The location cannot be beat. We paid more in fees than we did for the room. If you’re traveling on a shoestring, this is great for two people. My teenage son and I caught the bus a block away that took us to our whale watching tour and spent the morning boogie boarding near Waikiki pier. Tons of awesome restaurants within walking distance. Pro tip: eat along the streets behind us instead of on the strip along the beach. We loved Surf and Turf Tacos and matcha ice cream around the corner. Enjoy your stay, and please pick up trash when you see it at the beach. 🏝🏄‍♀️🌊🌴💗🌈

Interesting Stay
This was our first trip to Hawaii and we had a pleasant stay. It was a little difficult to communicate with host via messaging in a timely manner, but over all, Claudia was a great host who did respond. The property itself is older and needs some TLC, but it was comfy and in a good location in Waikiki. Did not know there was no designated parking for the building and parking was a daily expenditure. Overall we would consider rebooking if we can return to Hawaii.

Location is fantastic-Prince Edward 3 blocks from the ocean. Price low. Big closet with many hangers, Queen bed very comfortable pillows etc. backdoor on Kuhio Ave. 3 restaurants to left. 2 snack places to right. all the buses you could need on Kuhio Had problems with the shower and the TV, but response was very quick. Kitchen area quartz counter top Microwave, Mr. Coffee, Toaster 2 burner electric burner, frypan 2 pots, coffee mugs, plates silverware etc. 2 chairs and table on outdoor balcony Everything really nice

Good location and space. Be aware that you need to bring your own beach towels. In fact, if you want to wash a dish, you will need to buy dish soap and a sponge and anything else you may need . There are no wash clothes or hand towels and two rolls of toilet paper for 2 people over 7 days. There are a lot of great places to eat nearby and Claudia was nice enough to leave Netflix and some other accounts set up to use on the TV. The a/c works great!

Great location!
Waikiki beach, as well as several restaurants are in walking distance to this place. It is similar to a hotel w/ a kitchenette. It is pretty small and simple but it worked for me, being by myself. This place is perfect for one person.The parking isn’t great but the host makes you aware of it so it’s not like it was a huge surprise. Thank you for a fun stay !

Convenient, close to beach location!
Place was perfect for us to come back to after a day of adventure/outings. No parking unless you pay for garage but you can park on Ala Wai Canal for free only blocks away. Try not to slam the door which accidentally happened first day we got there. The neighbor will come out and give you a glare. Make sure to hit up the Poke place on the corner of pink building....so yummy!

80th Anniversary Pearl Harbor
This little gem was perfectly placed near the parade route, is only two blocks from the beach and is on the bus route with a stop and a convenience store on both corners. The laundromat on the first floor was a bonus. It’s close to everything and is a very comfortable studio. Host was communicative and helpful. Highly recommend, will definitely be booking on our return trip!

Great location and perfect for tight budgets!
Overall it was a great stay. So close to the beach and restaurants. It was nice to have something that wa s perfect for what my gf and I were looking for. Only suggestion is couple more pillows. But for the price, this place really can’t be beat. Thanks again to Claudia for working with us to change our reservation after Covid made us reschedule. If we come back to Honolulu we will likely try to stay there again!

Claudia was extremely helpful. Everything was good & the price was fantastic. I'd recommend covering the bedside chair (the vinyl was flaking terribly). 2 sets of keys is recommended. A folding indoor table & 2 chairs would have been nice for eating. Extra trash bags would have been helpful too. Overall very enjoyable. Mahalo.

Too worn out and poorly prepared for visitors
Considering the price of this studio, especially in Waikiki area, we did not expect anything five-star-like. However, still we expected cleanliness. I doubt, though, that the bathtub was at least wiped after previous tenants. There were hair around the faucet and soupy stains on the edges of the tub leave alone rusty edges all over (I wish I could post pictures). We usually bring our own pillow shams when traveling for hygiene purposes, but when we stripped the pillows here there were many old yellow and brown stains all over them. It was disgusting to say the least. Overall the place felt sticky and unclean. I wanted to wash my hands each time after touching things. On the positive side, it is conveniently located close to restaurants, beach, etc. If you plan to stay here and have a rental car, prepare to pay for parking $25 a night in public garage underneath the building (if there any spots left).

Fabulous little studio!
My husband and I are island hopping and Oahu was our first island. We wanted to visit Pearl Harbor and decided to stay in Waikiki. I must say that this studio was fabulous! Perfect location to catch the bus, walk to the beach, and get food! Many restaurants and food trucks to choose from. About the apt... had everything we needed! Comfy bed for a good night's sleep, air conditioning, super easy check-in instructions. We would not hesitate staying here again if in Waikiki! Claudia, thanks for everything!
