"Friendly "

"All food was way too over priced. Only ate dinner and breakfast there once due to the cost. Rooms were horribly insulated- heard every sound at all hours of the day and night. Staff were nice and easy to deal with when needing anything. No microwaves in room but available upon requests. The mini fridge was incredibly small and barely fit anything other than drinks. "

"Mattress was old, soft and uneven. The pool crew was picking up garage and bring towel in and out at 5:30 in the morning. Told desk staff about at checkout and was called a liar. I told there was no way anyone was down there."

"This hotel location is great, everything is closed bye. The Lei class was fun. This hotel was probably very nice long time ago. It is outdated. The bed was uncomfortable, cleaning was completed with minimum effort The breakfast was ok, not a lot of choices but ok. Our room had a city view which it was ok. We prefer the beach so we didn't use the pool but it looked clean. For the price is ok we didn't spend much time there. We were disappointed that on our last day the hotel charge $2 per luggage to hold it for us since our plane did not leave until the evening. In our experience hotels hold your luggage without charge."
